Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile and balance accounts
  • Manage fixed capital assets
  • Perform month-end closing of all financial transactions
  • Compile and disburse monthly financial reports for all revenue and expenditures
  • Issue annual IRS 1099 and assist in preparation of annual state audit and all other job duties applicable to general accounting
