The city operates its own independent wastewater treatment plant, and therefore sanitary sewer charges are billed directly to residents on a quarterly basis by the city. The amount is currently a quarterly flat rate of $62.50 as determined by Ordinance. The City of Cleveland is the city’s water utility provider, and therefore a separate quarterly bill will be received for water usage. Cleveland’s Division of Water can be reached at 216-664-2444.
