There are 3 ways to obtain a copy of a police incident or traffic crash report.Police Department
The quickest and easiest way to obtain a report is through our Records Bureau page. To search the report database, you need to know the report number, date of incident, street name, or last name of an involved party. You can access the report database 24 hours a day. The report can be saved as a PDF or printed by you at no cost.
The 2nd way of obtaining a report is by faxing a request for a report to the Records Bureau at 330-963-6434, again providing the report number, date of incident, street name, name of an involved party, and a return fax number. This method is also free. You may fax a request at any time of the day, but the Records Bureau will only respond to the request during their business hours.
The 3rd way of obtaining a report is by stopping by the Records Bureau in person. The Records Bureau is open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. for lunch). Black and white documents cost $.06 per page and color documents cost $.08 per page. There are additional costs for other media requests such as audio or video files.

Police Department
All traffic citations for offenders age 18 and older are processed through the Stow Municipal Court. Your court date, time, and the location of the court to which you are cited can be found on the bottom right hand of your traffic ticket. You can also view case information online and enter your ticket number or call 330-564-4200.
Juvenile traffic offenders must contact the Summit County Juvenile Court at 330-643-2900 for information.
If you have received a parking ticket in the city, then you may pay the fine by visiting the Twinsburg Police Department.

Police Department
City Ordinance 53-2025 prohibits parking on city streets or highways. The ordinance allows for the Chief of Police to grant parking permission in residential areas for special events such as family gatherings or construction. If you need parking permission, please contact the Communications Center at 330-425-1234 to register. Parking permission will not be granted more than 2 times per month to a single address. Any resident requesting additional occurrences of parking permission must make the request in writing to the Chief of Police detailing the reason and the need for the additional occurrence(s) of parking permission prior to the needed date and time. The Chief will determine if parking permission will be granted and will respond in writing to the request.

Police Department
The Twinsburg Police Department takes seriously all complaints regarding the service provided by the Department and the conduct of its members. The Department will accept and address all complaints of misconduct in accordance with this policy and applicable federal, state and local law, municipal and county rules and the requirements of any collective bargaining agreements.
It is also the policy of this Department to ensure that the community can report misconduct without concern for reprisal or retaliation. Personnel complaints include any allegation of misconduct or improper job performance that, if true, would constitute a violation of Department policy or of federal, state or local law, policy or rule. Personnel complaints may be generated internally or by the public. Inquiries about conduct or performance that, if true, would not violate Department policy or federal, state or local law, policy or rule may be handled informally by a supervisor and shall not be considered a personnel complaint. Such inquiries generally include clarification regarding policy, procedures or the response to specific incidents by the Department.
Individuals from the public may make complaints in any form, including in writing, by email, in person or by telephone. Every investigator or supervisor assigned to investigate a personnel complaint or other alleged misconduct shall proceed with due diligence in an effort to complete the investigation within one year from the date of discovery by an individual authorized to initiate an investigation.
