Conditional Use Permit Application
A public hearing will be conducted at 6:30 pm on November 17, 2025 in the Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg at 10075 Ravenna Road for the purpose of hearing a request by Laura Schuch to allow for a home occupation for licensed massage therapy. Home occupations may be conditionally permitted per Section 1111.07 of the Twinsburg Planning and Zoning Code. The property to be discussed is located at 1246 Waldo Way, Parcel #64-04618.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary at 10075 Ravenna Rd., Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 prior to the meeting.
