Conditional Use Permit Application
A public hearing will be conducted at 6:30 pm on October 20, 2025, in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road, for the purpose of hearing a Conditional Use Permit request to locate a religious institution in an I-1 Intensive Commercial and Light Industrial Zone. The property to be discussed is located at 9263 Ravenna Road, Units A7 and A8, Permanent Parcel Numbers 64-04079 and 64-08337. A religious institution may be conditionally permitted pursuant to Section 1125.03 of the Twinsburg Planning and Zoning Code.
