Variance Requested at: 1640 Jennifer Drive, PP# 64-07723
A public hearing will be conducted at 5:30 pm on January 22, 2025, for the purpose of hearing an appeal for variances to the Twinsburg Planning and Zoning Code. Application has been made by the property residents/owners Jeff Taylor and Nicole (Tipton)Taylor to allow for construction of a detached garage and home office in an R-3 Single-Unit Residential Zone.
1. Section 1109.01(C)(1) requires a 20’ separation between a house and a detached garage. An 8’9” variance is requested.
2. Section 1109.01(K)(3) allows a maximum detached garage height of 12’. A 3’1/4” variance is requested.
3. Section 1109.01(K)(4) requires a detached garage to be located no closer to the side lot line than the principal building. A variance to allow a detached garage at the side of the principal building is requested.
4. Section 1109.01(K)(7) allows a combined square footage of the maximum detached garage square footage and the maximum accessory building square footage. A 62-sf variance is requested.
This public hearing will be conducted in compliance with Section 1125.01 of the Twinsburg Planning and Zoning Code at the Twinsburg Government Center, 10075 Ravenna Road.
