1. To construct an addition to an existing dwelling structure in an R-4 Zoning District. The proposed addition does not conform to the current Twinsburg Codified Ordinance setback of 50’-0” feet from the rear yard lot line, requiring a variance of six feet, eight inches (6’-8”) from TCO Section 1143.09.
A public hearing will be conducted at 6:30pm on May 22, 2024 for the purpose of hearing an appeal for variance from: Section 1143.09 Area, Yard and Height Regulations, located at 9438 Chamberlin Road Twinsburg, Ohio 44087
This public hearing will be conducted in compliance with Section 1199.11 of the Twinsburg Zoning and Development Regulations at the Twinsburg Government Center, 10075 Ravenna Road.
