1. To construct an attached garage to an existing dwelling structure in an R-4 Zoning District. The proposed garage does not conform to the current Twinsburg Codified Ordinance setback of 10’-0” feet from the side yard lot line, requiring a variance of five feet, four inches (5’-4”) from TCO Section 1143.09.
2. To construct an attached garage to an existing dwelling structure in an R-4 Zoning District. The proposed garage does not conform to the current Twinsburg Codified Ordinance square footage allowance of 775 square feet, requiring a variance of 125 square feet from TCO Section 1153.03.
A public hearing will be conducted at 6:30pm on May 22, 2024 for the purpose of hearing an appeal for variance from: Section 1143.09 Area, Yard and Height Regulations and Section 1153.03 Garage and Carports, located at 1693 West Idlewood Drive, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087
