Conditional Use Permit
A public hearing to consider a conditional use application for private recreational facilities will be conducted at 7:00 pm on October 16, 2023 in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road. The property to be discussed is permanent parcel number 64-09679 (Darrow Road, adjacent to the Deer Run Apartment community), and located in a PUD District. The request is specifically for a clubhouse and swimming pool in association with the Deer Run Apartments. This use may be permitted in the PUD zoning district pursuant to Chapter 1151 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
