Conditional Use Application
A public hearing will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 28, 2023, in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road, for the purpose of hearing a Conditional Use Permit request for outside storage. The property to be discussed is located at 8589 Darrow Road, Permanent Parcel #’s 64-01213 and 64-01215. This site is located in an I-3 Heavy Industrial District. Outside storage may be conditionally permitted per Section 1151.05 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
