Conditional Use Permit
A public hearing to consider a conditional use application submitted by B 2 B Ohio, Inc. (Hong Hai Properties Inc.) for an outdoor dining area will be conducted at 7:00 pm on June 26, 2023 in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road. The property to be discussed is located in a C-3 Interchange Business District at 8941 Wilcox Drive, permanent parcel number 64-07944. A patio for outdoor dining may be permitted pursuant to Chapter 1151 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
