A public hearing to consider a conditional use application for a religious institution will be conducted at 7:00 pm on September 19, 2022 in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road. The property to be discussed is located at 2057 East Aurora Road, Unit 2, permanent parcel number 64-09553 and located in an I-2 Limited Industrial District. Religious institutions may be permitted in any zoning district pursuant to Chapter 1151 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
