Conditional Use Permit
A public hearing to consider a conditional use application for a drive-up service window and an outdoor dining area will be conducted at 7:00 pm on August 15, 2022 in Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road. The property to be discussed is located at 2600 East Aurora Road, permanent parcel #64-06431 and located in a C-5 Mixed Residence/Business District. Drive-up service and outdoor dining may be permitted by conditional use in any City Business District pursuant to the standards outlined in Section 1151.03 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
