TWINSBURG (July 28, 2015) – Members at the Twinsburg Fitness Center have a lot to look forward to with several upgrades and repairs planned for the month of August. The changes are geared towards the center’s goal to provide a safe, comfortable fitness and recreational environment with the means, expertise, motivation and atmosphere that will enable people of all fitness levels the ability to achieve their fitness goals and simply feel better about themselves.
Upgrades and repairs will be occurring in the group fitness room, field house, weight room, and indoor pool. Major improvements include new flooring in the group fitness room and on the free weight side of the weight room, repairs on the track surface, new paint in the spinning room, and logos on the air handler in the field house. Other maintenance includes deep cleaning, repairs to basketball hoops and batting cages, and annual pool repairs.
“We are looking to enhance the workout experience for our members as much possible,” expressed Jennifer Betenson, Facility Coordinator. “Our goal is to limit the interruptions over the next month.”
During this period there will be some minor inconveniences that will result in higher long term satisfaction for the center’s members. Unlike many facilities, Twinsburg Fitness Center has scheduled upgrades and repairs to minimize the shutdown of its facilities. Please note the dates and closures below.
August 1-7: Group fitness classes will be adjusted and moved to the high school wrestling room
August 7-9: Entire facility closed for the weekend due to Twins Days starting at 4:00 p.m. on Friday
August 10-14: Field house and weight room closed for upgrades and repairs
August 15-29: Indoor pool closed for annual maintenance (members will have access to the outdoor pool)
