Conditional Use Application
A public hearing will be conducted at 7:00 pm on February 28, 2022, in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg located at 10075 Ravenna Road for the purpose of hearing a Conditional Use Request for outdoor storage. The property to be discussed is located at 2451 East Enterprise Parkway, Permanent Parcel #64-04855, and is located in an I-2 Limited Industrial District. Outdoor storage is a conditionally permitted use per Section 1151.05 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations. Application is being made by John P. Malloy, Rudd Equipment Company, 4344 Poplar Level Road, Louisville, KY 40213
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
