Conditional Use Permit Application
A public hearing, to consider a conditional use permit request for a volleyball training facility will be conducted at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, in the City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road. The property to be discussed is located at 2242 Pinnacle Parkway, PP #6406912. Application has been made by IGNITE Volleyball for an indoor training facility proposed in the I-M Innovation and Manufacturing Zone. Planning Commission consideration of the application and a public hearing pursuant to Section 1125.03 of the Planning and Zoning Code is required prior to City Council action related to the request.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the hearing.
