A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals at 5:30pm on June 25, 2025, for the purpose of hearing an appeal for a variance as authorized by Section 1125.05 of the Twinsburg Planning and Zoning Code. The applicant, James Shafer, would like to expand the attached garage at his residence located at 9790 East Idlewood Drive. Specifically, a 15 X15 addition (225 square feet) is proposed within 46’ of the rear property line. Application has been made for a 4’ variance to the required 50’ rear setback.
This public hearing will be conducted in compliance with Section 1125.01 of the Twinsburg Planning and Zoning Code at the Twinsburg Government Center, 10075 Ravenna Road.
