Conditional Use Permit
A public hearing to consider a conditional use permit application for a self-serve storage facility will be conducted at 6:30 pm on June 16, 2025 in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road. The property to be discussed is in an I-1 Intensive Commercial and Light Industrial Zone located at 9374 Ravenna Road, permanent parcel number 64-00097. Conditional Use Permit Applications must be submitted for Planning Commission consideration pursuant to Section 1125.03 of the Twinsburg Planning and Zoning Code.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
