Branch Pick-up Program
The City’s branch pick-up program runs from April through November, with chipping starting on the first Monday of each month.
Crews make one full pass through the City each month. To assist with collection, please pile branches at the curb with the cut ends facing the street. This improves efficiency and enhances worker safety when operating chipping equipment. Branches must not exceed 10 inches in diameter.
Alternative Disposal Option
As an alternative to the City’s monthly chipping program, branches can be cut into lengths of 4 feet or less, bundled, and placed next to your trash and recycling carts. Waste Management will collect up to four bundles per week on Tuesdays throughout the season.
