A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals at 5:30pm on March 26, 2025, for the purpose of hearing an Appeal of Administrative Decision as authorized by Section 1122.03 (B)(2) of the Twinsburg Planning and Zoning Code. The appellant, Ashley Everett Durst, 10000 Ravenna Road, has appealed an administrative interpretation of Section 1116.03 which allows a maximum number of two (2) yard signs per residential lot with a maximum surface area per yard sign of six (6) square feet.
This public hearing will be conducted in compliance with Section 1125.01 of the Twinsburg Planning and Zoning Code at the Twinsburg Government Center, 10075 Ravenna Road.
