Conditional Use Permit
A public hearing to consider a conditional use application submitted by Turn Development and Scannell Properties for a self-service storage facility and will be conducted at 7:00 pm on December 16, 2024 in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road. The property to be discussed is located in an I-2 Limited Industrial District located on Old Mill Road, permanent parcel number 64-09671. Self-serve storage facilities may be permitted pursuant to Chapter 1151 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
