Public Notice of Public Facilities District Site Plan
A public hearing to consider construction of a City trailhead, parking area will be conducted Monday October 21, 2024 at 7:00pm in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road. The property to be discussed is located in a Public Facilities District and is surrounded by City owned land. The site is specifically located on the west Darrow Road frontage near the Post/Darrow Road intersection. Park facilities are subject to Planning Commission review and public hearing pursuant to Chapter 1147 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
