This public hearing will be conducted in compliance with Section 1199.11 of the Twinsburg Zoning and Development Regulations at the Twinsburg Government Center, 10075 Ravenna Road. Variance Requested at: PP# 64-07429 1960 Summit Commerce Parkway
1. To construct an addition to an existing non-residential structure in an I-2 district. The proposed addition does not conform to the current Twinsburg Codified Ordinance setback of 100’-0” from the rear building setback from adjacent residential zoning districts, requiring a variance of fifty feet (50’-0”) from TCO section 1149.08 for Yard and Building setbacks.
