Conditional Use Application
A public hearing will be conducted at 7:00 pm on September 16, 2024 in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road, for the purpose of hearing a Conditional Use Request for a pet crematory. The property to be discussed is located at 1941 Case Parkway South, Permanent Parcel #64-06870 and is located in an I-3 Heavy Industrial District. A pet crematory is a conditionally permitted use per Section 1151.05 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
