Conditional Use Application
A public hearing will be conducted on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 7:00pm in the City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road, for the purpose of hearing a Conditional Use Permit request for child daycare. The property to be discussed is located on East Aurora Road, permanent parcel #’s 64-00626 and 64-01782, in a C-5 Mixed Residence/Business District. The use may be conditionally permitted per Section 1151.05 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations if approved by the electorate pursuant to the November 7, 2023 ballot issue regarding child daycare in the C-5 District. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
