Public Facilities District Site Plan
A public hearing to consider construction of new restroom facilities at Glen Chamberlin Park will be conducted at 7:00 pm on September 28, 2023 in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road. The property to be discussed is located in a Public Facilities District at 10260 Ravenna Road. Accessory structures are permitted uses in the Public Facilities District, but are subject to Planning Commission review and public hearing pursuant to Chapter 1147 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
