SilverSneakers® Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and or standing support.

SilverSneakers® Circuit (formerly Cardio Circuit)
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation.

SilverSneakers® YOGA
Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

SilverSneakers® Splash
Meets in the shallow area of the pool. Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! Offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers®Kickboard is used to develop.

Give TFC GOLD a try! Ideal for members 55 and over who aren’t ready for fitness boot camp, but want to push themselves beyond SilverSneakers. Zumba GOLD
Enjoy the same great Zumba formula with a longer warm up and cool down to allow participants a program improves balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength. Zumba Gold was designed to teach the basic dance steps to anyone. Zumba Gold provides an appropriate workout for those just beginning a fitness program. Feeling the music happens when one suddenly forgets they are dancing in a class and the music is the reason to move with joy.

GOLD Field Day
This innovative program features an incredible variety of age-appropriate field day and recess type activities available for participants age 60 and older. You'll experience sustainable drills and activities to improve enhance and maintain strengthen cardio capacity, balance, agility-even cognition! This program is specifically designed for the special needs of active, independent older adults.

Pilates GOLD
Pilates for seniors class is comprised of Pilates Mat exercises utilizing small props (foam rollers, magic circles, therabands and small balls) that focus on using the core muscles to address the postural issues that all of us face as we grow older.

Tai Chi GOLD
Even if you think you’re out of shape, this is one form of exercise you can do . Focusing the mind on slow movement reduces stress and produces mental calm, while deep breathing and standing meditation focus consciousness, and restore energy and physical balance.

Walking GOLD
If you enjoy walking than this is the class for you! Join Ann as she guides you through the basics of why walking works from a warm up of simple stretching to exploring the ins and outs of our city’s beautiful surroundings. All you need is comfortable clothes and shoes and you are on your way to better health! PLUS! When you use our walking tracker and reach 50 miles of 50 hours, your hard work will be rewarded!
