Shallow/Deep Water ChallengeA water workout designed to invigorate and awaken all of your muscle groups. Need to be comfortable in all depths for Deep Water Challenge.

Water Works challenges you physically, while letting you leave the pool refreshed and invigorated. This is a safe and effective workout designed to be fun and enjoyed by all.

Enjoyable water exercise class designed for the adult that has difficulty moving on land. Gentle movement through water can therapeutically strengthen muscles and provide increased flexibility for the joints. This class is safe and effective for those who experience joint pain or desire a less intense water workout.
Monday and Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
Experience the training intensity of both shallow and deep water exercise. Buoyancy belts are worn during the deep water workout. This class is designed for the adult who is experienced in water exercise, or has no fear of deep water. This is a self-paced, but intense cardio and muscular workout set to fun music. It's a great cross-training class for the land-based participant.

This is a low-impact and low-intensity workout taught in the water. You will increase muscular endurance while you tone muscles and improve flexibility.
