Cuyahoga County Board of Health
The Cuyahoga County Board of Health offers the American Heart Association Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training classes. Classes are available for both healthcare providers and lay people. CPR is taught for infants, children, and adults. Classes are taught by Public Health Nurses and includes a 4-hour instructional video, skills demonstration, and a mandatory CPR class book and CD. CPR certification is for 2 years.

Med-Cert Training Center (Bedford)
The American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR course is designed to teach non-healthcare workers and members of the community the basic skills of CPR and relief of choking for adults, children, and infants. This course is intended for anyone who may need to respond to emergencies and perform CPR or first aid. Students who complete this course will be issued a 2-year American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR course completion card. The cost is $45 per participant. For more information, call 440-786-2378. Village of Richfield Fire Department
Registration must be done in person at the Richfield Fire Department. The fee is $15 for residents and $45 for non-residents payable by check or cash and must be paid at time of registration. Classes begin at 9 a.m. Classes may be cancelled if less than 5 students register. All classes and cards are American Heart Association.
